More Sunny St. George

With the lack of sunshine here today, I must reminisce our past couple trips down to sunny St. George (wish we were there now). We've made it our new frequent, spontaneous destination this Spring (3 times in the past 2 months). We are grateful for so many family pads to crash at - thanks guys!

After the second snowstorm Easter week, I had enough of the cold! (haven't we all??) So I packed up the kiddos and headed down solo to meet up with family and friends. Sounds crazy going alone but the boys were great little travelers! My poor hubby had to work and I ditched him on our anniversary. Could not resist the sunshine. (Sorry honey, Happy 5 years!! I love you!)

We soaked in the sun poolside in 80 degree weather at the Casablanca in Mesquite and Entrada Country Club (aka High School Musical pool). Little bit of heaven after a long winter...now bring on summer!

Look what the Easter Bunny brought us! While Christian hunted for his basket, Mason followed chanting "bunny bunny!"

Only green eggs for our Christian of course.

Mason insisted on dying the eggs himself, which led to him throwing the eggs in the color with a big SPLASH and then throwing them onto the table where they'd CRACK! He was squealing with joy the whole time.
